David Anderson – Of Counsel

The Honorable W.D. Anderson, retired, is Of Counsel to the Firm. For more than 15 years before joining the firm, he served as a Maricopa County Court Commissioner. During the last four years of his service as Court Commissioner, he was the only full time Dispute Resolution judicial officer, where he conducted settlement conferences and mediation in Family Law and Probate matters. Before his appointment, his private practice focused on representation of litigants in family law cases, during which time he also served as a judge pro tem for ten years. His practice at Hallier Law Firm is devoted to all aspects of conflict resolution, including mediation, arbitration, settlement conferences, and Special Master appointments in family law, probate, and civil law matters.

Admissions: Arizona State Bar, 1976; U.S. District Court, 1977, 9th Circuit Court of Appeals 1977; U.S. Supreme Court, 1980.
